Apply to temples, under nose and on pulse points. Cup hands over nose, close your eyes and breathe in the remaining scent taking deep breaths right down into the bottom of your belly.

Dream Balm (Lavender & Chamomile):

An organic balm hand crafted from the finest ingredients to help you unwind into the land of nod. 

Certified Organic Australian Beeswax and oils have been blended with a dreamy blend of pure essential oils and infused with crystals and certified organic botanicals. 

Dream Balms are now infused with amethyst crystals pieces. 

Rub on pulse points or under nose (or anywhere at all really) or warm some between palms of hands, cup hands over nose and take three really deep breaths right down into the bottom of your belly. You are feeling very sleepy...
